Joined Shubham in 2015 when the company was just 10 people and total chaos (the good kind, mostly). Someone needed to bring some structure to all the creative energy flying around. That became my thing - making sure projects actually shipped on time and clients stayed happy.

Built out the teams - development, design, marketing, client success. The hardest part? Keeping the startup vibe while adding the processes we needed to not drop balls. Took a few tries to get that balance right.

Also figured out how to serve clients in smaller cities without opening physical offices everywhere. That 3-tier strategy everyone talks about? Came from lots of trial and error, honestly.

Now I write about operations, scaling teams without losing culture, and analytics that actually matter. Most of it comes from real mistakes we made and fixed along the way.
