Started Zevnix back in 2013 when I was still figuring things out. Had this idea that good tech shouldn't be just for big companies with huge budgets. Spent the first two years doing everything myself - coding at night, meeting clients during the day, learning as I went.

Grew the team slowly - from 3 of us to 120+ people now. Made plenty of mistakes along the way, but each one taught us something. When ChatGPT launched in 2023, I spent weeks experimenting before we started offering AI solutions to clients. That's kind of how we work - try stuff, break stuff, figure it out.

These days I split time between product decisions, meeting with the team, and occasionally still jumping into code when a project needs it. Can't help it - I like building things.
